As you are transforming from within the depths of your being, your previously known identity may not feel resonant with your soul as you now feel called to unravel, explore, further integrate, and honor the authentic light and songs of your heart. You are moving from one cycle of growth into a new expanded awareness - which is unfolding to support your heart-seed and original Spirit to birth more fully through and into you.
You might be having mystical experiences and feel a strong calling to listen to the voices of spirit as the medicine woman in you awakens. She does not seek this path out of a desire to save others or label herself as such, but to remember herself and retrieve the pieces to her own inner mystery so that a greater understanding of her unique medicine can be known and given birth to. She is not here to copy what already exist, she is here to plant a seed of an evolutionary impulse into the Earth by becoming fully authentically self-realized and devoted to the heart of the Earth. She knows that this is a path of inner purification, and that she must meet and master her own inner world - to rise into the higher expanded consciousness and soul ray, which is her path of initiation in this life.
To honor your metamorphosis we will mark your transition from one life stage to the next by entering a transformational journey together for 5 days. This Rite of Passage is weaved into a personalized 1:1 retreat where we through sacred rites and ceremony will clear your inner sanctum and look at what old and outdated emotional and mental patterns are ready to be transformed so that the essence of your heart to come more radiantly alive. We will together unravel the map for your inner transformation to gain a clearer understanding of your soul's path and the gifts that you have to offer the world.

about my journey and
the offering of my heart
I have devoted the past 5 years of my life to a devotional relationship with Mother Earth and the plant kingdoms. My transformation and inner revelations has been aided and initiated by more than 15 different plant devas; the teachers, masters, and guardians of these kingdoms; during these years. I am who I am today, partly because of them. They have been the keys to my inner mysteries and guided me through the biggest transformation of my life - which you can read more about here
Many of my creative gifts and artistic expressions that you experience from me are born through and inspired by my collaboration and initiations with these beings. The devas of the plants have led me into the depths of my soul to uncover the inner worlds of my being. They have taken me on as a student in the mystery school of Mother Earth and throughout each season of the year guided me into a new connection with the Spirits of Life which have all been inspiring and guiding me to restore and reclaim inner balance and harmony. These incredible allies have brought me to the root of my pain and inspired me to heal and transform it into medicine as I've gradually learned the lessons beneath my wounding and trauma. They have revealed the secret language of nature and spirit to me as I've chosen to devote my heart and life to study and develop my inner light with them. And most importantly; they have unlocked the songs of my heart and helped me remember myself - My true Self; the purity and purpose of my heart.
As my heart has awakened I have found my purpose as a student, steward, and voice of nature. My devotion is to the revival of the innocence and purity of the human heart, for us to remember and find our inner light through the mirror of the great mother goddess and to create a life in alliance with the spirits of nature.
After spending 4 years in solitude, where I focused my time on intentional studies with the plant devas and my own healing, I had passed through the appropriate inner purification and schooling in the inner worlds to be ready to hold healing ceremonies and transformational journeys for my fellow medicine sisters who are aspiring to revive the innocence within their hearts and bring more of their essence into the world. During the years prior to this I was initiated into my medicine and the angelic regencies through each initiation I had with the plants. The shamanic abilities that I have been cultivating over lifetimes gradually began to revive within me as I myself was healing and liberating my inner being. It is only through fully meeting my own inner darkness that I have been able to access my inner light, which is a powerful heart-force and medicine I now can share as an offering in many ways, but more intensively focused during these 1:1 retreats with individuals who are ready to embark on or deepen into a devotional path of the heart, in which a piece of my heart becomes an offering for your soul's unfolding.
These 1:1 retreats are very special to me and the only kind of ceremonies I offer for now. I love to dive deep with the ones I work with and intimate containers are best for that, it creates a safe and open space for us to gradually unfold and enter the hidden and subconscious realms where we find the root and essence of our true being. It is in these sacred containers where I can offer one of my greatest services, which I know after hosting 6 transformational 1:1 retreats with incredible women over the past year. There is a unique opportunity for deep healing, reconciliation with the past, and inner transformation to take place, which in all cases will be greatly supportive for the integration of the soul essence and knowing of the path forward. I hold all my sisters in the warmth of my heart, knowing that it is an honour for me to serve your soul into its next phase of expansion. My reverence and attention to your being - the past, present, and future - is cared for in sincere and honest love always.
The initial experience and the following unfoldings from my retreat with Jennifer are genuinely beyond something that I can't summarize in writing. But I will attempt to share a glimpse of her impact on my heart and my life. First, Jennifer is one of the most authentic, heart-centered and devoted beings I have ever met. She is always expressively and humbly learning from what/who is in front of her, and yet, she also fully embraces and offers her gifts with such grace and potency without doubt or hesitation. Many of the gifts I received from her were simply in witnessing her as she lives, along with being held in some of my darkest moments, with a love that is the closest to the Divine Mother that I have ever been held in by human arms. Her devotion to bringing all beings into the truth of their hearts is unwavering. I had reservations about spending such close quarters and so many days with somebody else before I arrived, but in every moment she was fully with me in the medicine. Every experience of all 7 days was ceremony, whether it was a deep dive into my shadows with the plant guides, or singing to flowers and talking on the couch. There is nothing that she leaves out of the realm of significance in the story of your life. She is a dedicated teacher to following the eternal map of ones inner truth, and bringing it into revelation through curious observation of your dreams, thoughts, physical experiences and patterns. Her voice and the medicine that comes through her is beyond just this human form. She is in absolute devotion and surrender to being a channel for that which is needed to bring light into every moment. She has become a fearless sister and an endless gift to my heart and journey. If you feel a call from something deep within, to the unveiling of your hearts truth, to the plant spirits, to the Divine mother, or discovering what sits hidden in the depths of your souls being, and you desire a guardian to hold and guide you.. She will lovingly and continuously invite you into your heart, and help you through the shadows when you struggle to find your way. Jennifer is not a teacher to follow. 7 day retreat + mentorship
My retreat with Jennifer was beyond words. I did a mentorship with her and before I even made my way to her home in Sweden for our retreat, her devotion and deep listening and reflecting in our verbal check-ins had already begun to initiate me so deeply. When I did finally arrive, I had no expected our time together to be so deeply interwoven. Rather than having dedicated moments and times to an organized plan or official ‘work’ times, every moment was the retreat together. And just as she encouraged me to do, she followed the unfolding of each new moment, even if that meant changing plans. Everything in her life is ceremony, and once the space is opened up, there is nothing that Jennifer does not observe as the map to your inner gift and truth. This was one of my greatest teachings in witnessing her. There are no distracting thoughts or moments. We follow all of them to see what lives inside of us. Although that can sound intense, it was most often amazingly gentle, fluid, and even playful much of the time, amidst all of the deep shadows and the light that we traversed together. She is unlike any other being I have met. She is genuinely devoted to heart, and to the truth and seed in your heart that she knows is awaiting its own unveiling to the world. She is not afraid to journey into the deepest depths of your being because she constantly meets her own. I feel confident in saying that there is nothing she cannot hold, and I say that with profound consideration and reverence. Her gift is to sing into the darkness and illuminate truth hidden in the shadows, and it is quite masterful. The Three Ceremonies
1 THE PREPARATION
MAKING PEACE WITH THE PAST
The first ceremony of the retreat is a ritual for cleansing and making peace with the past. This is of immense importance for any kind of higher development to take place internally. Giving thanks to the lessons we learned so far from the moments in our life that has caused us pain - seeking forgiveness. As well do we wish to ask for forgiveness for the pain we caused others - be it consciously or not. Doing this ceremonially has a great impact and very efficiently cleanses the energy body; emotional, mental, and spiritual; from lower formed imprints and karma that have been created from these experiences.
2 THE REVELATION
SINGING INTO THE CAULDRON OF THE PRESENT
The second ceremony is an initiation rite where we will be working with sacred plant medicine to weave a journey for the revival of the innocence and purity of your heart. During this ceremony you will be guided into a deep transformational cocoon where I will work with my guiding angels and spirit helpers to support in the birth of your heart seed.
As I sing into the main centres of your body your soul will present aspects of your inner world to me. With the permission of the holy spirit and your innermost being I will perform the work necessary to support in the alchemical process of integrating the light of your soul and spirit. In this space your soul might show me a past life where fragments of your essence were lost due to trauma or intrusion inflicted on your heart, spirit songs will bring them back and make the corrections and alignments necessary to safeguard the fragments of your inner light that is returning. I can enter into periods of abuse, addiction, and other forms of events that has manifested into false ideologies and fear in the body to resolve and bring new crystalline patterns into the etheric and astral body where these imprints are stored.
As the layers of distortion are dissolved we are many times allowed to enter into the treasure of your heart where the medicine and unique template of your being resides. As I sing to these layers I visually see and animately feel the essence of your spirit as a living being in my own heart, it will be honored and called into its rightful place as the guiding light you have the full authority to reclaim and trust within. During this ceremony you will connect to the seed yourself and remember the potency, power, and strength of your heart and your mission. It is my greatest honour to serve in the awakening and integration of your heart seed. These ceremonies always cracks me open to a new level of compassion, love, understanding, and reverence for the path. I learn and grow with you.
3 THE INTEGRATION
UNFOLDING THE MAP FOR THE FUTURE
The last ceremony of the retreat is going to be a sealing rite, where you are invited to make a vow for your path onwards. This is to seal the work we have done together into the ardent fire of your heart and spirt. When we make sacred vows in the presence of the Divine, we can greatly accelerate our growth and the integration of the new light. We will spend the day relaxing, talking and integrating the ceremony of the day before to find the direction that you now feel inspired to take. When the map has unfolded and you have decided what vow feels aligned and true to your heart, we will work with the sacred fire to seal it into the chalice of your soul's evolution. Your vow will be ceremonially consecrated and sealed into a beatuiful piece of jewellery that you will get as a gift to wear and remind you of your devotion onwards.
WORKING WITH PLANTS TO DEVELOP YOUR INNER LIGHT
Receive personal guidance and support to begin or deepen your journey with the plant devas.
I am offering my sisters the opportunity to be crowned by the Pink Sacred Lotus (Nelumbo Nucifera) during the retreat. We will plant the seed of this master plant in the sanctum of your heart to fertilize your inner garden and call in your angelic team to begin teaching you through the plant kingdoms. The Pink Sacred Lotus was the first plant I connected with who opened up my path for me one year before I moved out to the forest to begin my transformation. No matter what your soul path is, this plant works to enlighten and lead us into the purity of our innermost being so that our essence can birth through us. It is a long and gradual process of unfolding and this plant is greatly supportive for anyone with a truly devoted heart.
You will receive guidance on how to develop this relationship and a tincture of the flower that you can continue working with in your own space.
DAILY SCHEDULE
DAY OF ARRIVAL: This day will be spent connecting and settling in together. We will enjoy long chats and a lovely dinner. Conversations will be flowing into the journey you have been on thus far in life and I will ask lots of questions to get to know you as well as share about my own journey. I will tend to your heart and body with a grounding healing treatment assisted by Mugwort before bedtime.
SECOND DAY: Slow rising in the morning with prayers and offerings. We will do some yoga together if you feel in the mood for that, and enjoy a nice breakfast before we begin preparing for the first ceremony. This will be water cleansing ceremony with a treatment and session to clear ancestral or karmic density that may be stuck in the subtle bodies.
THIRD DAY: Slow rising in the morning with prayers and offerings. If you need to rest a bit longer you are absolutely allowed to do that, when we go through these kind of ceremonies we sometimes need more rest than usual. The first part of the day will be open for you to be in your own space, or spend time with me reflecting and talking about what's moving and arising. We will eat breakfast and lunch together and then prepare for the ceremony which will take place at sunset.
FOURTH DAY: Rest and integrate. Today is all about integration of last night's ceremony. We will rise when the body is ready and then spend this day cocooning together (or you can be in your own space if you prefer that). You will be offered healthy nourishing meals and beverages to support in the process of integration. We will talk about the revelations and insights that was given during the ceremony and I will be present to support you in the light of my heart all throughout the day as needed.
FIFTH DAY: This is our last and final day of ceremony where you are invited to make a vow for your inner development and devotional path onwards. We will birth a talisman to symbolize the transformation and further unfolding of your heart seed. This will then be ceremonially consecrated in the evening. Departure takes place in the morning the next day.
