This journey is for you who want to embark on a fun, creative and intimate adventure with me where we together explore and unravel the Great Mystery of Life through the hidden language and spirit beings of nature. If you want to get to know yourself anew and develop a meaningful and blossoming relationship with your Soul Self and Mother Earth that will radiate healing and creative impulses into your heart - then this is for you! 

Anyone can join, at any time throughout the year - You can choose if you want to commit to a whole year or selected seasons

THE SPIRITS OF THE 4 SEASONS

We will journey with with Spirits of The Four Seasons and each cycle align with the divine order and essence of the specific natural forces that work both in our inner being and in outer nature at the time. By observing and contemplating the processes in nature and  by exploring and working with the kingdoms of nature we open up to understand deeper layers of our own inner processes and awaken to truths that are nestled within the hidden language of nature.

 

When we cultivate relationships with plants and trees we meet with guardian and teacher spirits of the Earth that can open us up to a whole new experience of life in which we learn to live in harmony with the Earth and co-create with her as we awaken to a world of magic that is all around and within us.

As you deepen your relationship with the kingdoms of nature and invite them to become your teachers - a healing process is initiated that penetrates deep into the heart complex and a remembrance of a spiritual truth deeply seeded in your heart will emerge.

 

You will learn throughout this year that plants are keys to the inner mysteries and that each of them carries a medicine which can heal and enliven our hearts, minds, bodies and creativity - guiding and teaching us how to become the creator of a life which is radiating beauty, authenticity and harmony. 

Each cycle includes

Shared videos, information and instructions for practices and exercises that you can explore and experiment with. This is designed in a way where aspects and centres of your inner being is activated to enhance and strengthen your connection with your body, your intuition, your creativity, the kingdoms of nature & the planetary influences across the seasons. All offerings will be tailored according to the energies that we will be working with throughout each cycle and includes:

Spring is arriving and nature is thriving!
We start our journey on the New Moon of March 10

The energy that moves through us as the joyful radiance of Spring is making her entrance inspire us to explore, play and be curious as children again as we are reborn again after months of darkness and healing. This is a time to plant seeds and watch them grow with rapid speed!

We will work with foundational practices to get to know and fertilize the soil in our inner garden. A Spring Cleanse is initiated which support us in becoming clear with what kind of  seeds we want to plant in our inner garden this year! Calling in our first plant allies and focusing on establishing a connection with the land.

Autumn brings us a different kind of change - one that is asking us to slow down and  gradually move our attention inwards, reflecting on the time that has been and giving thanks to the lessons and gifts of the year so far. What are you being asked to let go of to continue growing and expanding? Spirit want to show us which area of our inner garden that may be outgrown or out of tune with the rest of our newly cultivated inner sanctum. We are supported to make the changes necessary as we prepare to go back into the dark womb of creation once again.

PURIFICATION

DEEP HEALING & INTROSPECTION

The darkest time of the year invites us to retreat inwards and rest. We want to cuddle up by the fireplace and enchant our homes with living candlelight's and soft melodies to soothe the heart. The winter is the most purifying spirit of nature and a time where many of the animals and plants go to sleep as the cold months cleanse the Earth and prepare the ground to be fertilized again. We are invited to connect with deeper layers of our subconscious and listen to the subtle inner voices that has not been heard. What aspects of my inner being is asking for healing, forgiveness, love and care. Is there any teachings of the past reappearing to teach me something important?

At the beginning of each season and month you will receive a video where we tune into the themes and practices that you can explore. We will have bi-weekly Q&A's where you can ask questions and receive individual guidance necessary.

I will journey with you so we will be entering the cycles and spheres of exploration together! Many of the practices and all meditations and sound journeys will be specifically weaved for each season and the group's needs.

I will be posting in the portal once each week where you can tune into inspiration and join me as I share about what is unfolding in my adventure. You are invited to share about your own processes if you want to - and meet with other adventurers in the Group Portal!

I will share techniques, practices, ideas and methods that have been supporting and helping me in my own unfoldment. I highly recommend you to always listen to your own inner voice and do the adjustments that you may feel called to do or explore as you dive into and develop your own practice. This is key for us to tap into our own inner magic - Listening to your inner guidance and learn to trust the directions given to you from within. There is no right or wrong way of exploring your connection with nature and your inner garden!
