Hi everyone quick question I’m using fresh rosemary but two handfuls seems quite a lot the tea is very strong and red in colour?
I’m on my third day and didn’t dream (or even sleep well) the first two nights not sure if it’s a coincidence. My mood also dropped a lot from optimistic to pessimistic… on the bright side I am singing :-) when I make the medicine
