I have no idea what happened in days 5-10 of my journey (5th to 10th jan) but I have never felt so connected to my soul. My sleep which has been disturbed for 6 years was perfect I jumped out of bed and just felt so connected to my energy. The last couple of days it dropped off so I restarted the journey again on 25th and am half way through trying to reconnect that deeply with myself. I’ve watched gwairoch a cinnamon journey and so grateful for the teachings. @Jennifer Gwairoch I hope integration is going well I’ll be in Sweden next weekend and if journeying would be possible I’d love to 🙏🌿

My shower with rosemary was very feminine, quite lovely.when i poured her over my head i immediatly felt Rosemary pour her essence throughout my energy field, again - super feminine.

What colors are everyones teas? I did not read or see anyone post on this...

Im getting messages, connection, etc but am wondering how to better decipher if the messages are from rosemary, my mind, my heart through rosemary, etc... any words of wisdom. I have gotten some mixed messages... example "stay"/"go." If the words consist of "listen to your intuition" then i am already doing that lol but any further useful guidance is appreciated.

Day 4 i had no access to any guidance as the website was not working for me so it was all with me to keep on and feel spirit/rosemary/mother/father/creator holding me and let the guidance be provided.
