Hello there🤗 my name is Alex, originally from Switzerland and currently travelling through South America in our campervan with my boyfriend. I‘m so grateful and humbled to be on this journey with all if you. Travelling is presenting it‘s own challenges in terms of space and time alone. But so far, I have had a beautiful and also intense opening. What you said in your last video, Jennifer, about darkness: that definitely resonated deeply. During the guided meditation yesterday, I suddenly felt this dark thing and started to get scared that this wasn‘t safe and that I was doung something wrong. But I felt the warmth of the Divine Mother guiding me, and was able to move into my heart space and trust the process. When I picked some oracle and tarot cards, the card of the animal guide fell out who is my main guardian. The darkness definitely felt like something from another life or from my ancestors, something I have no memory of. And Rosemary helped me see that I am strong enough to go through this and to meet the darkness rather than ignore it. I had really vivid dreams, very strange, and felt a lot of loneliness and chaos coming through.
When I woke up, I felt a lot lighter, and energised, and deeply held and supported by Rosemary. I can feel a lot of confusion arising inside of me. Around friendships, around my romantic relationship and around my purpose. But I have managed to ground myself and to trust that all this confusion is necessary right now and shining a light on what I need to address and purify.
Wow.. I also was nervous writing here because I felt unworthy of sharing. But it feels really great. Thank you all for being on this journey together.
And what also helped me today: I felt the nudge to do some yoga that was aries inspired.. and found a youtube video by Ali Kamenova Yoga - she has a series where she does ‚astrology signs yoga‘. It felt great! I‘ll share the link here… I‘ll definitely check out the other signs too :)
