how to make tea
Hello everybody! My name is Rachele and I am from Italy.
So excited to be here with all of you!
I am gonna start my journey tomorrow, I just wanted a clarification about how to make the tea, if anybody could help me.
Every morning I am gonna make the tea for the whole day, is that correct?
Is the tea to be drunk cold? And after 2 hours do I have to take the rosemary out of the teapot or can I leave it in there till the evening when I drink my 3rd cup?

Hi sister! You can make the tea for the whole day in the morning and heat it up if youโd like to before you drink it - I do that myself! You can leave the herb in the teapot until the evening!
