This has been a beautiful, insightful journey with lots of learning for me. Much of my plant medicine work has been with mushrooms and Ayahuasca, so it was new for me to connect with a more... gentle plant. If that's the right word. I have learned a lot about the importance of presence and focus.
I still have a few days left of my journey actually and am curious to find what the rest of the journey holds.
Thank you so much Jennifer for holding this space and guiding us on this journey. These guiding tools have been an invaluable resource, and I am so grateful to have been a part of this journey with you all.
